Coaching is the art of helping people explore and discover for themselves their own inner knowledge and that they have answers to their own questions. It is about setting goals, so you know what direction you shall have and of course so you get there in time.

I will be one of  the tools you will use to find your driving forces and define desired results so that you can get more of your potential, I will help you so you can feel and perform better.

We will not work with templates even though they are there. We follow you, working from where you are right now. Every time, always in the question you have right then. Always the best for you

This is done mostly through deep, respectful listening and powerful questions.

Take action

You only ever take the actions you want to take, actions you’ve chosen and decided upon for yourself. Know your “why”and things will happen!

Start by choosing tiny actions, that’s fine, remarkable thing happens once you’ve started doing things differently – when you get the feeling of change, its easier, much easier to go on, to go further. You can urge for the feeling of lightness it brings. You find the confidence to do a little more next time, and then more still the time after that. All the while you are learning about what works for you. Your confidence grows and you clarify yourself with the actions you take. It is important that you find your way, because you are going to do it to your habit. Stay stuck to it!

Choose attitude

Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference. Maybe you’r not be able to change your circumstances, but you certainly can change the way you look at them. Having a positive or negative attitude is a choice and there are a couple of ways to look at it:

  • Stay and do the same and don’t change
  • Change focus, change the situation
  • Accept and see it for what it is

Lack of self-belief can make you feel as you shut down, you feel worthless and don’t recognize yourself. One thing you know for sure is that you don’t wanna be where you are. It’s the same with constant negative thinking – but the good news is that you don’t have to. There are many easy and simple activities that can stop you from thinking you can’t, and instead build an empowering positive attitude.
